Let's cool off together on Friday, August 12th at 2 p.m. in the Osprey Room at the Sanibel Recreation Center, with some sweet, zesty, refreshing desserts that have made your recipe the talk of the island. Afterall, everything tastes better with Pie!

We all enjoy those homemade classic holiday pies of fall, but our Summer months boasts some pretty popular pie history as well. If you prefer not to create your own pie just grab one of your local favorites to bring along. We will host our own taste test for "bulletin board bragging rights" and attempt our own pie swap for all those who submit. Recipe sharing is optional and we can make copies here if you choose to bring yours along. An assortment of other refreshments will be served along with coffee and sweet tea of course.
