Paul Lawrence is offering his QiGong class via ZOOM every Tuesday and Thursday 3:30 p.m. for Island Seniors free of charge.

QiGong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing techniques, self-massage, sound, and focused intent.
