Island Seniors has been invited to participate in an Eco-Tour of The Sanctuary Golf Club on Monday, May 23rd, hosted by golf course superintendent and naturalist, Kyle Sweet.

The tour will consist of up to 10 guests touring the golf course from 8:30 am—10:30 am.

Topics of the tour will include:

• The history of Wulfert Point and The Sanctuary Golf Club.

• Identification of habitats and habitat corridors in The Sanctuary.

• Wildlife viewing (please bring your binoculars).

• Native plant identification.

• Golf course BMPs and environmental initiatives.
