Location: Sanibel Recreation Center, 3880 SanCap Rd. You don’t have to be a member of the rec center to join us in this event.

You can choose to (1) buddy up with a camper for a water aerobics class or (2) help campers with arts & crafts projects—either way it’ll be a heartwarming and rewarding experience for everyone.

Trailways Camps (trailwayscamps.org) provide overnight camping experiences for people with disabilities– where every day is a “fun day.” The camps are designed to encourage wholesome fun, foster new friendships, and offer parents and caregivers much needed rest, relaxation and down time. 

This year the Sanctuary Golf Foundation has sponsored a camp for 1st time ever on Sanibel: taking Trailways Camps to a new level. They’d love us to join in the fun with them at the Sanibel Recreation Center.
