Come join the Santiva Islanders Walking Group. This week, we will be walking in the newly restored William and Ruth Brooks Nature Trail located in the Erick Lindblad Preserve behind the SCCF’s headquarters on 3333 Sanibel-Captiva Road.  Plenty of free parking at the SCCF headquarters. Our very own naturalist Allan Antley will be leading an educational guided walk which is also open to the public.

All walkers are welcome—go at your own pace and preferred distance.

For those interested, we’ll meet up after our walks for coffee and to shoot the breeze.

No reservations are needed. Just show up and have fun. No telling what we might see on these trails. Wear a hat, walking shoes, sunscreen, and bug spray. Bring plenty of water. Restrooms are located at the at the Education Center and the Cross Dike.
