Full-Time Sanibel resident and Center4Life volunteer Cristina Shaul will lead a simple guided meditation for peace, calm, and clarity. No experience is needed. Please join us!
The benefits of meditation for clearing worry, tension, and random thought patterns is well documented. A few minutes each day can soothe the nervous system into a more restful state. It can enable peaceful dreams, mental clarity, balance, and help us make decisions from a calm inner place. Meditation is easier in a group.
Cristina will lead for approximately 20-25 minutes. She encourages participants to sit in a comfortable chair. The ZOOM camera can be on or off.
